You choose the article Gala with 6 cm heel and you normally wear size 38. Under "Width and Fit" within the product description, you see that it is based on the CINTHIA last. Therefore, choose 1/2 size smaller (indicated by -1/2), so 4 1/2.
Example 2:
You choose the article Sonia and you wear size 38. According to the size chart, this would be size 5. The shoe is built on the Sata I last. Therefore, according to the last chart, choose size 4 (5 -1).
